🥢💪🏼 Noodle-pulling into the year of 2021!
Recently, we discovered this hawt sauce by @littlebaomay's mama that went well with @happyparadisehk latest winter's special!!
This freshly made egg noodles with prawn head oil butter sauce and fresh Boston lobster is good on its own.
But with the hawt sauce, it is full of character and UMAMI!
We've also tried the Sichuan Fried Chicken that came highly recommended by @littlebaomay and it did not disappoint.
So crispy and crunchy on the outside, juicy and succulent meat on the inside. Made-to-order.
I love that the Sichuan chilli did not overwhelm the taste of the fried chicken. Instead, it enhances the dish. Incredibly enjoyable.
