Recently, we discovered this hawt sauce by @littlebaomay's mama that went well with @happyparadisehk latest winter's special!!⁠

This freshly made egg noodles with prawn head oil butter sauce and fresh Boston lobster is good on its own.⁠

But with the hawt sauce, it is full of character and UMAMI!⁠

We've also tried the Sichuan Fried Chicken that came highly recommended by @littlebaomay and it did not disappoint.⁠

So crispy and crunchy on the outside, juicy and succulent meat on the inside. Made-to-order.⁠

I love that the Sichuan chilli did not overwhelm the taste of the fried chicken. Instead, it enhances the dish. Incredibly enjoyable.⁠

If you like Neo-Chinese cuisine, you cannot miss these dishes.
